| Principle Of Demagnetization |
Because any ferrous metal materials exist hysteresis loop,During Heating process, the current through the workpiece is large, hysteresis loop is also large, if suddenly cut off the power, it is possible to leave a larger residual magnetism , If we can effectively control the thyristor, we can make its hysteresis loop continues to shrink, if you can control the SCR and then cut off the power, the workpiece will not have residual magnetism. |
